Dementia Friendly Communities

Presentation Inquiry:

If you are inspired to learn more about how your own community can start to become more Dementia Friendly, the Dementia Friendly Communities Presentation Inquiry form provides a convenient way to submit an inquiry!

Simply fill in the sections of the form and click “submit”. Hosting a presentation is a great way to learn more about the Dementia Friendly Communities initiative, and many communities choose to kick-start their local efforts to become more dementia friendly by hosting a DFC presentation.

This inquiry form indicates that you wish to learn more about the DFC initiative, and is not a formal commitment to host a presentation. Once the form is submitted, an Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan representative will respond to your inquiry to connect with you about how your community might want to become involved.
